CIC set up its Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors in accord with China's Company Law. The three governing bodies of CIC are the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors and the Executive Committee.

On September 25, Chairman PENG Chun met with John Waldron, President of Goldman Sachs. They exchanged views on topics including global market landscapes, the development of China-US Industrial Cooperation Fund, and cooperation on multiple fronts between CIC and Goldman Sachs. The meeting was also attended by Dr. QI Bin, Executive Vice President of CIC.
